Rework the new testing support so that @SpringApplicationTest can be
used for standard integration tests, web integration tests with a
mock Servlet environment and web integration tests with an embedded
servlet container. This means that it a replacement for 1.3's
@IntegrationTest and @WebIntegrationTest and allows all
SpringApplication testing to be configured using a common annotation.
The old @IntegrationTest and @WebIntegrationTest along with their
supporting classes have been reinstated to their previous form (while
remaining deprecated). This should ensure that they continue to work
in 1.4 exactly as they did in 1.3 giving users a smooth path to
@SpringApplicationTest.

Given that Spring Boot uses java config accross the board, a new `value`
attribute is now aliased to the existing `classes` attribute such that
one could write the following:

Embedded MongoDB is now auto-configured when it is on the classpath.
The Mongo instance will listen on the port specified by the
spring.data.mongodb.port property. If this property has a value of
zero and randomly allocated port will be used. In such an event, the
MongoClient created by MongoAutoConfiguration will be automatically
configured to use the port that was allocated.
By default, MongoDB 2.6.10 will be used. This can be configured using
the spring.embedded-mongodb.version property. Mongo's sync delay
feature is enabled by default. This can be configured using the
spring.embedded-mongobd.features property.

The exception message for a connection timeout has been updated to
include the timeout period. The tests for the sample have been updated
accordingly.

In addition to the upgrade to Dijkstra (#743) Spring HATEOAS has been
upgraded to 0.11.0 (#801) and Mongo's Java driver has been upgraded to
2.12.1 (#689). In both cases this is the same version as is used by
Dijkstra RC1.
The new version of Mongo's Java driver changes the exception that's
thrown when Mongo isn't running and a connection attempt fails. The
Mongo sample has been updated accordingly.
RepositoryRestMvcAutoConfiguration has been updated to be configured
before JpaRepositoriesAutoConfiguration. This ensures that the
former's transitive import of SpringDataJacksonConfiguration takes
precedence over the latter's import of the same. This is necessary as
RepositoryRestMvcConfiguration requires a bean that's declared by
SpringDataJacksonConfiguration and, if JpaRepositoriesAutoConfiguration
is processed first, its conditions may cause the import
SpringDataJacksonConfiguration to be skipped causing instantiation
of RepositoryRestMvcConfiguration to fail.
