Initialize containers first and destroy them last

Update `TestcontainersLifecycleBeanPostProcessor` so that on
initialization of the first bean all `Container` instances are started.

With this update all `Container` beans will be started first in the
`preInstantiateSingletons` phase and destroyed last.
